運送政策須知

We will endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please be mindful that each garment is hand-packaged by our small team. Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, with an additional 7-21 business days for final delivery. Once we have completed the construction of your individual garment, we will be using ( SF-express) services to carefully ship all packages. Estimated delivery times for each product can be found in their respective product descriptions, and our team will provide principal shipping updates via email. Please note that shipping carrier services are subject to change based on customers’ locations and optimal estimated arrival times.

凡顧客完成訂單後，我們將盡快為你出貨。請注意，每件衣服都會由我們的小團隊手工包裝檢查。
不含訂購當天，交貨需要 7-21 個工作天。我們將會使用 * 宅配 (順豐速運)與超商 (7-11) 配送服務去運送所有包裹。
請注意，宅配運輸承運商服務可能會根據客戶的位置和最佳預計到達時間而變更，而選擇超商取貨到貨簡訊並於到貨之後 7 天內取貨請勿無故未取；如造成運費損失將由顧客自行吸收。若節慶假日遇訂單較多或不可抗力天災因素，則可能延遲出貨，敬請諒解。
